When you complete an enquiry or booking form we collect the details you enter — for example your first name, phone number, email address, suburb, postcode, preferred contact method and anything you write in the message field. We do not ask for your street address through the website.

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a time, and carry out and follow up plumbing work. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Enquiries submitted through this website are saved in a secure database hosted by our website platform provider, and a notification containing your enquiry is emailed to Christian through an email delivery service so he can reply. Enquiry records are kept while they are needed for the work and our business records.

If you arrive through an advertisement or a search result, the link may carry campaign tracking values (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid and fbclid). These values are stored with your enquiry so we can see which advertising is working. They do not contain your personal details.
